The guest house prides itself on its home-cooked food, using fresh local produce to create traditional meals and vegetarian food. Special diets can be catered for by prior arrangement. A continental breakfast or a generous full Scottish breakfast is included in the price and picnic lunches are available on request. The house is centrally heated throughout and there is a free car park for guests use. The Pines Country Guest House is a non-smoking establishment. Unfortunately, the guest house is not suitable for disabled people, wheelchair users or those with reduced mobility.
