The Manor


Centrally located in the Moorlands and under 5 miles from Alton Towers, this beautiful 250 year old house with a landscaped walled garden was originally built as a rectory. After extensive refurbishment, the Beech Tree restaurant is now open for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday. During winter months, the house closes after Sunday lunch at 15:00 and re-opens for breakfast on Mondays. Light meals and grills are available on Mondays until 21:00. Personally managed by the owners, in a relaxed informal style, where the emphasis is on quality of food and personal service, the Manor is a haven of peace where it is easy to unwind.

The Beech tree restaurant is open Tuesday to Saturday for dinner. The garden room offers light dishes and grills on Monday evenings. The house closes after lunch on Sunday during the winter months for food and beverage service. The garden bar is open Monday to Saturday evenings. Food and drink not purchased at the Manor may not be consumed on the premises. This is a condition of booking and customers are requested to respect this policy.
