Offering 60 comfortable en suite bedrooms in a picturesque setting, and hearty home cooked and produced food, The Patterdale offer a warm Cumbrian welcome to all its guests. Please note: as of the 1st July 2007, new legislation to protect employees and the public from the harmful effects of second hand smoke come into effect. After careful consideration it has been decided to make The Patterdale Hotel a non-smoking hotel. Smoking will therefore no longer be permitted in the bedrooms or public areas. A designated space will be set aside outside the premises to accommodate those guest who wish to smoke. We trust that our guests will help us to achieve our legal responsibilities to ensure our premises remain smoke free.
